Responsibility
- Perform on-call service, repair, and preventive maintenance on company-supplied equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent equipment failures and extend product lifespan.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer support, to address client concerns and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, repair logs, and maintenance reports.
- Provide on-site training and support to clients on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technical advancements, and company product knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, HVAC systems, or specialized equipment relevant to the company’s product line.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other technical instruments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
