Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end fiber optic infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in fiber optic or telecom infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic cabling, network design, and telecom industry standards.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
