Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate on-site M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installations, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and vendors to streamline workflows, resolve technical issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards (e.g., SNI, PUIL).
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and local authorities, to align expectations and deliverables.
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project coordination, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing on-site operations for medium to large-scale projects, with a focus on timeliness and quality.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and office software (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and certification standards (e.g., PU, ESDM).
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
