Responsibility
- Lead and manage complex electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure project viability and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into broader projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with local and international safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering, incorporating innovative technologies and methodologies into projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including NEC, IEC, and local Indonesian standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
