Responsibility
- Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee and manage construction sites, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to determine project viability and mitigate potential issues.
- Monitor budget adherence and cost control measures, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and quality assurance protocols on all project sites.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to clients, management, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers to integrate multidisciplinary inputs into project planning and execution.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management and construction supervision.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or other engineering software for design and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, including local building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
- Superb communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Badung, Bali as required.
