Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems for commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify system inefficiencies or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including filter replacements, duct cleaning, and component lubrication.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and work orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, local regulations).
- Provide on-site support for emergency repairs and system breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
- Assist in client consultations, explaining technical details and recommending system upgrades or optimizations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates or assistants are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of ACMV systems, refrigeration cycles, and mechanical components (e.g., compressors, fans, ducts).
- Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance (preferred but not mandatory for assistants).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with clients and team members.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in various locations across Badung, Bali, including outdoor or confined spaces.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning in the field of engineering.
