Responsibility
- Develop and prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and hybrid systems.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather requirements and ensure proposal accuracy and competitiveness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in the renewable energy sector.
- Translate client needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Bureau Veritasā standards and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals, documentation, and compliance for proposals.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential clients, partners, and project opportunities in the renewable energy space.
- Monitor and report on proposal performance, including win/loss analysis, to refine future strategies and improve success rates.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and emerging trends in renewable energy to enhance proposal quality and relevance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal engineering, business development, or project management within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong technical understanding of solar PV, wind energy, or hybrid renewable energy systems.
- Proven experience in preparing technical proposals, feasibility studies, or tender documents for energy projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indonesian renewable energy regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
