Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify and resolve potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with government agencies and clients to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement sustainable and cost-effective engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on civil infrastructure or construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
