Responsibility
- Assist in the design, assembly, and testing of electrical control panels and automation systems.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on PLCs, HMIs, and industrial machinery to identify and resolve electrical faults.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement control system upgrades for improved efficiency.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Document technical specifications, schematics, and maintenance logs for compliance and reference.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new control systems in industrial facilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance reliability and energy efficiency.
- Assist in training junior technicians and providing technical guidance to operational teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, or electrical maintenance (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi) is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards (e.g., OSHA, IEC) and best practices.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
