Responsibility
- Supervise and manage construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, approved plans, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and change orders to maintain project integrity.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, or conflicts during the construction phase.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including updates on timelines, budgets, and potential risks.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Professional Civil Engineer license (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on building projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
