Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for high-end projects in Bali, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications to ensure project objectives are met with exceptional satisfaction.
- Oversee project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to deliver on time and within scope.
- Conduct technical reviews and feasibility studies for M&E systems, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to integrate M&E designs seamlessly into project plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards in all engineering deliverables.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and proposals to clients and senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in M&E engineering, with a proven track record in project management and client-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of M&E system design, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical distribution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other engineering software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or tropical climates is a plus.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is preferred.
