Responsibility
- Conduct on-site installation, configuration, and testing of technical equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Document all field activities, including service reports, schematics, and client feedback.
- Assist in the training of end-users on system operations and best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all field operations.
- Travel to client sites in Taiwan as assigned, with potential for regional assignments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to relocate to Taiwan and adapt to a new work environment.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high level of accountability.
- Proficiency in English (additional Mandarin or local language skills are a plus).
