Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of advanced electronic circuits for gaming peripherals, including keyboards, mice, and audio devices.
- Oversee PCB layout, schematic capture, and prototyping processes to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and software teams to integrate hardware solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and validation of electronic systems to meet quality and reliability standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive product innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE, RoHS) and safety certifications.
- Document technical specifications, design reviews, and test reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics design, with a focus on consumer electronics or gaming hardware.
- Proficiency in circuit design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD) and simulation software (e.g., SPICE).
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, power management, and signal integrity.
- Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, PIC), and firmware development.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
