Responsibility
- Design and develop schematic diagrams and circuit layouts for embedded hardware systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Perform PCB layout design, including component placement, routing, and signal integrity analysis to optimize performance and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration and system-level functionality.
- Conduct design reviews, simulations, and testing to validate hardware performance, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues, providing timely solutions to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners to oversee prototyping, production, and quality control processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in electronic hardware design and PCB layout.
- Document design processes, test results, and technical specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic hardware design and PCB layout for embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar PCB design tools.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations.
- Experience with high-speed digital design, impedance control, and multi-layer PCB layouts.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, FPGAs, sensors, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
