Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Perform site assessments to determine the feasibility and optimal placement of solar panels.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in solar PV systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Document all installation, maintenance, and repair activities for record-keeping and reporting.
- Adhere to local regulations and company policies regarding solar energy installations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solar PV Technician or similar role in the renewable energy sector.
- Certification in electrical engineering, solar energy technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different sites in Bali.
- Strong communication skills in English and a customer-focused attitude.
