Responsibility
- Oversee and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of 33kV switchboards and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards for high-voltage electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements and upgrades to electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in electrical maintenance.
Qualifications
- Certified BO 33kV Chargeman with valid certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting high-voltage electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
