Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end AV project lifecycles, from scoping and budgeting to execution and handover.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and resolve project-related challenges.
- Oversee technical specifications, system designs, and installation processes for AV solutions.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Project Management, Engineering, Audiovisual Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AV project management, with a proven track record of successful deliveries.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, integration, and industry standards (e.g., Dante, HDBaseT, Crestron, AMX).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and AV system designs.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or AVIXA CTS certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for project site visits.
