Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage interfaces between different technical systems and project components for railway construction projects
- Develop and maintain interface management plans, matrices, and documentation
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Identify and resolve technical interface issues to ensure project continuity and compliance
- Conduct regular interface meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for project management
- Ensure all interface requirements are properly documented and implemented throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with design teams to verify interface compatibility between different systems and components
- Monitor and track interface-related risks and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interface engineering, preferably in railway or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in interface management software and tools
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
