Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple AV projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and final reports.
- Stay abreast of emerging AV technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or AV-specific certifications (e.g., CTS) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in AV or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale AV installations or similar technical projects.
- Strong technical understanding of audio-visual systems, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and AV software (e.g., Q-SYS, Crestron, AMX).
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
