Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage utilities systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) to maintain efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute facility projects and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Serve as a liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in facility management, maintenance, or a similar engineering role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory for stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools (e.g., CMMS, AutoCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different facility locations across Bali.
