Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of data center facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and manage data center environmental conditions to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facility infrastructure, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements to data center systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for facility management and safety.
- Provide technical support and guidance to on-site teams and external vendors.
- Document maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions for reporting and analysis.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address emergency situations and critical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data center facility management or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in data center environments.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment and participate in on-call duties.
- Certifications in data center operations or facility management are a plus.
