Responsibility
- Provide expert-level technical support to field operations teams, clients, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues related to microelectronics, embedded systems, and IoT devices.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify root causes of technical problems and propose sustainable solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct on-site or remote training for clients and internal teams on product usage, best practices, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
- Analyze customer feedback and support tickets to identify trends and recommend product or process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and certifications to ensure high-quality support delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or a similar role within the electronics or microelectronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, PCB design, and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software interfaces and familiarity with IoT or industrial automation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
