Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of BMS, ELV, and Security Systems projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to determine project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMS, ELV, and Security Systems during and after project implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment for project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or engineering roles, preferably in BMS, ELV, or Security Systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems, Electronics Low Voltage systems, and Security Solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical certifications is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Bali and other regions as required.
