Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all project activities.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and innovation in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
