Responsibility
- Create accurate and detailed plumbing system drawings, including layouts, schematics, and isometric views, using CAD software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and local building codes.
- Develop installation plans and material take-offs to optimize construction efficiency and reduce waste.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings are compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation for all projects.
- Provide technical support to on-site teams during the installation phase.
- Stay updated on the latest CAD software, plumbing technologies, and construction best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAD Operator, with a focus on plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard CAD software.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and fire protection.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in the construction industry in Indonesia is a plus.
