Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, resources, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering, construction, or infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
