Responsibility
- Perform advanced semiconductor testing and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art testing equipment, including automated test systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve yield.
- Conduct root cause analysis for testing failures and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing protocols.
- Monitor and document test results, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on testing methodologies and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor testing or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor testing equipment, tools, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing solutions.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, JEDEC, or AEC-Q.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python, or LabVIEW) is a plus.
