Responsibility
- Design and implement technical solutions for lighting projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and project managers, to deliver seamless lighting installations.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations for optimal lighting performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and project reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
- Provide training and support to junior team members and contractors as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging lighting technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lighting project engineering or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., Dialux, Relux, AutoCAD) and technical drawing tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and control protocols (e.g., DALI, DMX).
- Hands-on experience with lighting installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
