Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and propose tailored engineering solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, such as reports, manuals, and project plans.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.).
- Fresh graduates are welcome—no prior experience required; full training provided.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits (if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of CAD software, project management tools, or CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
