Responsibility
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation using CAD software.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of M&E system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Participate in project planning meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, material requisitions, and procurement processes for M&E components.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Undergo structured training programs to develop technical competencies in HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and automation systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical circuits, and automation (academic or internship experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) or willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
