Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building assets, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure strict adherence to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and conduct regular audits to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and manage the engineering department budget, optimizing costs while maintaining high service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, procurement) to align engineering projects with business objectives.
- Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, recommending upgrades or innovations to reduce environmental impact.
- Handle emergency repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Office Engineering, Facility Management, or MEP Systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
- Proven expertise in managing building automation systems (BAS), HVAC, electrical distributions, and plumbing networks.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Ability to relocate to Bali and work on a contract basis.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance and innovation.
