Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC and HMI systems for semiconductor equipment automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLC and HMI systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, including technical manuals and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular system tests and validations to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on the use of automated systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source and evaluate new automation components and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing PLC and HMI systems, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and VB.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based automation solutions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
