Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for energy storage and power solutions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project objectives with technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance, financials, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in energy project management.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in energy storage, renewable energy, or power solutions.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of energy storage technologies, grid integration, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
