Responsibility
- Assemble and install server racks, networking hardware, and data center infrastructure according to technical specifications.
- Perform quality checks on assembled components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in cable management, labeling, and organization to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Document assembly processes, inventory, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills in data center operations.
- Support equipment upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision tools.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20-25 kg and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is advantageous.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
