Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of machinery to comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation for audits.
- Assist in facility upgrades and installations of new equipment as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Support emergency repair responses to minimize production disruptions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
- Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems, PLCs, motors, pumps, and industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in Bali with a valid work permit (or eligibility to obtain one).
