Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hospital equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime in critical hospital operations.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to address equipment-related concerns and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new medical and facility equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to ensure uninterrupted hospital services.
- Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines in all technical operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Familiarity with medical equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
