Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise rigging and erection activities for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all rigging operations.
- Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, including cranes, hoists, and lifting gear.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop erection plans and schedules.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents.
- Oversee the assembly and disassembly of structural components, machinery, and equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams on rigging best practices.
- Document and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rigging, erection, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Experience with heavy machinery, cranes, and lifting equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Certification in rigging or crane operations is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali and travel as needed.
