Responsibility
- Assist the Site Acquisition Manager in identifying and evaluating potential telecommunication site locations across Bali
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess technical and regulatory requirements
- Negotiate lease agreements and land acquisition terms with property owners and local authorities
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and permitting processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of all site acquisition activities and agreements
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure smooth handover of acquired sites for development
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to management
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government officials and community leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecommunication infrastructure
- Strong understanding of local land regulations and permitting processes in Bali
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with GIS software and site survey tools is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali
- Familiarity with telecommunication infrastructure requirements is advantageous
