Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and deployment of CCTV surveillance systems for traffic monitoring and public safety in Bali.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine optimal camera placements and system configurations.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV hardware and software, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and maximize system reliability.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and user manuals.
- Train end-users and local staff on system operation, maintenance, and best practices for surveillance management.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology, AI-based analytics, and smart city solutions to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CCTV system design, installation, and project management.
- Proven expertise in IP/analog cameras, NVRs, DVRs, video analytics, and network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of traffic management systems, smart city technologies, or public safety solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or similar design tools for system layout and planning.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
