Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption patterns across facilities to identify inefficiencies and savings opportunities.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives, including equipment upgrades, process optimizations, and behavioral changes.
- Conduct regular energy audits and generate comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations and long-term projects.
- Design and oversee the installation of energy-efficient systems, such as LED lighting, HVAC controls, or renewable energy solutions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to energy use, cost savings, and carbon emissions reduction.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in energy efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on energy conservation best practices and compliance with environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or a similar technical role.
- Proven expertise in energy auditing, data analysis, and efficiency program implementation.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus, RETScreen) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 50001, LEED, or other sustainability standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED AP are advantageous.
