Responsibility
- Execute and oversee comprehensive testing procedures for electrical systems, busways, and related components to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, manuals, and system diagrams, with precision and clarity.
- Provide expert technical support to internal teams and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize electrical systems for maximum efficiency and safety.
- Monitor and analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, proposing actionable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures in all testing and operational activities.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior engineers and technical staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Stay updated with emerging industry trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance technical capabilities and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical engineering, with a focus on electrical systems, testing, or busway technologies.
- Proven expertise in test execution, documentation, and technical support within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISO) and regulatory compliance for electrical systems.
- Proficiency in technical writing, data analysis, and reporting using tools like AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
