Responsibility
- Develop and refine submission, installation, and as-built drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed technical calculations for structural, electrical, or mechanical components to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Conduct on-site measurements and surveys to verify dimensions, layouts, and alignment with design plans.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret blueprints and resolve design discrepancies.
- Execute quality control (QC) inspections to ensure drawings and installations adhere to industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control for all project drawings and revisions.
- Provide technical support during construction phases, including clarifying drawings and addressing field queries.
- Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction drafting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical drafting, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) and familiarity with BIM tools.
- Strong mathematical and spatial reasoning skills for accurate calculations and scaling.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Familiarity with local construction standards and regulations in Indonesia (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
