Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) in compliance with project specifications and local/regional regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for MEPF components.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on system installations, testing results, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all MEPF works align with sustainability and energy-efficiency best practices where applicable.
- Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on technical requirements and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may also apply.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPF supervision, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in MEP coordination, system design review, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, local Indonesian regulations).
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software is a plus.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices (LEED, Green Mark) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
