Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement QA/QC protocols, checklists, and documentation in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, NEC).
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Analyze root causes of defects and propose data-driven solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations, including OSHA and SNI standards.
- Lead quality audits and participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for mechanical/electrical installations.
- Train and mentor site personnel on QA/QC best practices and quality control techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, wiring, and automation.
- Proficiency in quality management tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, PDCA) and familiarity with CAD software or BIM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multicultural teams and clients.
- Certification in QA/QC standards (e.g., ISO 9001) or occupational safety (e.g., OSHA 30) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung, Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran).
