Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to streamline construction processes and resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations and interior fit-outs to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks for cleanroom and specialized environments to maintain controlled conditions.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates to stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to avoid project delays.
- Collaborate with clients to address technical queries and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in site engineering, with a focus on MEP, interior construction, or cleanroom projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for technical drawings and project visualization.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali with occasional travel to project locations.
