Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery for banking and financial services clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and risk management to optimize project efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Monitor project KPIs, report progress to senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with banking industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices in software delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management or technical delivery, with at least 2 years in the banking/financial sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and API integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Experience with digital banking, payment systems, or fintech solutions is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setup with occasional travel to client sites in Southeast Asia.
