Responsibility
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-user computing, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity problems to ensure optimal network performance.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy, configure, and upgrade network systems and end-user devices.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Assist in IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and security enhancements.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
- Provide user training and support to enhance digital literacy and troubleshooting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or EUC roles.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux/macOS environments and enterprise IT systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
