As a key member of our QA team, youâll design, implement, and optimize scalable automation frameworks using industry-leading tools like TOSCA, Selenium, Appium, and Playwright. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reduce manual testing efforts, and ensure seamless software delivery across agile environments.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using TOSCA, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Create, execute, and debug automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to identify test cases for automation and improve test coverage.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) for continuous testing.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and work with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Optimize existing automation scripts for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in test automation across the team.
- Stay updated with emerging testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software test automation, with 2+ years specializing in TOSCA.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Playwright for UI automation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Java, or C# for test development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a collaborative, agile environment.
