Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js).
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database designs (SQL/NoSQL) and queries for efficiency and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and DevOps best practices to streamline deployments.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively improve reliability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in software engineering, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend/cloud systems.
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., Spring, .NET, Express).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
