Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements to identify IT solutions that improve logistics and supply chain operations.
- Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, integrations, and workflow automations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize technical and functional specifications.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes, recommending improvements for scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the testing, deployment, and post-implementation review of IT projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and development teams.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, IoT, AI) and assess their applicability to business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise IT.
- Proven expertise in system analysis, UML modeling, and requirements gathering (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), database management (SQL, NoSQL), and API integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or CBAP are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
